What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of services from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) including the lesser expensive USPS services such as First Class and First Class International.

We assure you that our shipping choices will guarantee you the best available rate with tracking and insurance included.

We ship all over the world on a regular basis.

Are orders insured?

All packages are insured and guaranteed for the value of the merchandise. If your package is not delivered within 21 days for domestic customers and 45 days for international customers we will refund or replace your order.

When will my order ship?

We do our very best to ship orders as fast as we can! Most orders ship the next day after you order (sometimes the same day if we can).

What payment methods do you accept?

We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do NOT take checks or money orders for online sales, sorry.

A blind box is a toy that comes in a package that makes identifying the specific figure inside impossible (a single figure in a sealed package).

There will be certain times when we offer very limited items for sale. On these occasions, we will place a limit on the total number of individual items that a person or household can buy.  This will be specifically stated on the description page of that particular item.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy!

The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns for up to 10 days from the date your order is delivered. You'll have to cover the return shipping (unless the item is damaged upon arrival in which case we'll cover the return shipping too), but we'll give you store credit or a refund for any item you want to return!

Please note: items denoted as "Blind Box" may only be returned if they are un-opened...and don't try to cheat, we'll know!
